I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent experience using the Get Eazy app. What should have been a quick and convenient meal ordering process turned into an absolute disaster from start to finish. First and foremost, the delivery time estimates not provided by the app are completely inaccurate and misleading. My order took over an 4 hour and a past the promised delivery canceled the order.
