For thoose still can't log in for the 1st time. You need to log in with your IC no for USER ID and PASSWORD use your last 4 digits IC no. Hope this can help. TQ

Very poor experience using the app. Need to frequently to log in username and password.

Afew times try to log in. Indicate wrong password even though login and password is correct. Cannot get through these apps, need to used website. Agree these apps is worst compared to other insurance company.
