Signed up for GT VIP. Received email. Logged into app. GT VIP screen blank. Select My Account - also blank. Called support twice. First time hung up on. 2nd time no callback. Go into store and make a purchase; Customer Service tells me I don't have an account. How did I get an account confirmation email than? Entire system is buggy and no good. Would not recommend.

I love GT, but this new app is horrible! I can't make a Shopping List from the flyer. You can't enlarge the flyer. When you try to read the "Product Details" you have to go very slow, or it flips back to the top. I'm also suddenly French and shopping somewhere in Quebec!! It won't save my Ontario store. I rely on the app because we no longer get a flyer. It's extremely frustrating. I hope you either fix the issues, or bring the old app back.
