GigBeat scans your device's music library, shows you when your favorite artists are on tour and where they will be. Don't have any music stored on your device? That's not a problem, GigBeat offers support for Songkick, Last.fm and Rdio accounts so users can login and sync their artists from these services!
GigBeat will also remind you when a concert you've starred is coming up, or notify you when it finds new tour dates in your area for artists you are tracking.
GigBeat is currently fully supported on Android phones running version 2.1 or higher and is compatible with Honeycomb tablets, but a more polished version for tablets is coming very soon.

Seems like a great app, bugs badly need ironing out This app seems great; it looks gorgeous, the interface makes sense, it supports last.fm. Problem is, I can't do anything. Selecting most options forces a close and a lot of bits won't update. I get the feeling this has recently been given an overhaul and these bugs still need ironing out. Hope you can get it done soon, this app otherwise is perfect! Oh, 1 more thing though: Lincoln, UK for some reason isn't available in the 'cities' bit of the 'location' menu.

Good Great app for tracking local shows and artists, would be a five star if the library scan worked properly, currently only tracks half my library, and the rest I have to put in manually. Would love to see Spotify and Pandora integration.

"No artists found" After a recent update, I can no longer find artists on this app. I search even the most known names such as Guns N' Roses and I get the same "no artists found" message. Please correct, as I love this app and would love to continue using it.

currently not working all artists are marked as "currently not on tour" and searching for an artist always results in "artist not found" making this app completely useless
