Straight forward app, easy to browse and book swim sessions as a prepayment YMCA member. Occasionally been using the app to book PAYG sessions for my parents (who aren't members yet). One feature missing from the app is being able to amend an existing PAYG booking, e.g. to add another person to the session; I have to book the next session (usually 15 mins later). However, if the pool is not busy, the receptionists are quite relaxed about letting someone in a bit early.

Rubbish. Looks good but everything is out of date, completely pointless having it if you still need to phone. Pool closure and rock climbing hopelessly out of date with old info still there and misleading

Dreadfully bad app. Constant glitches on android. Owners/IT guys involved in this app should be thoroughly embarrassed. Not fit for purpose.

Over a year later, I'm still forced to use this app by my gym. It works about 50% of the time, the main issue is its EXTREMELY slow...takes about 30 seconds to load slots and another 30 seconds to book one, that's it if doesn't time out.

One of the worst companies I've seen. My gym started using them for booking sessions, I found a bug - emailed gladstone who were immediately dismissive and told me to contact my gym. My gym contacted gladstone and its being resolved as a bug. Shock. Hilariously there attempts to fix this major booking issue have made the system almost entirely unusable for most people. If you are looking at for software solution, do not choose Gladstone - they claim to be the best, they are absolutely not.
