Click multiple boxes to be "BOUND by their Contract", location access etc. I feel like I'm selling my soul just to use LED lights I paid for. 😐 Crazy to be BOUND to anything, just to use lights. However, the lights work great, and I am now BOUND yaaay.

I have several plugs indoor and one outdoor, several color bulbs and a camera. I've been using most of these for well over a year and am very happy and continue to purchase more Globe products. Haven't experienced many issues using this app or it's products. Easy to set up and maintain. I don't know why so many bad reviews??? Perhaps it is bad Wi-Fi and not the products. The only time I have an issue is if there's a power or Internet outage which is obviously not a product issue.

I absolutely love this app, and it's smart devices. So often manufacturers now require that when you interact with a smart device like this you have to reach outside your network to their servers that then communicate back to your network to say change the setting on your thermostat or otherwise. Globe on the other hand is amazing if the device you're trying to control is on the same network as you, it does not go outside your network to interact with that device it just happens instantly.

It works for the smart plug, but I have no clue how to connect a bulb. - After support replied, I found out the A19 colored bulb is not smart, therefore does NOT connect to the App. Beware when reading the box for this.

Device settings have been removed, so you can no longer set the power-on state of devices. I do not want my light turning on automatically after a power failure so unless this feature is returned to us, I am going to have to switch brands of bulbs for the lights I don't control with a switch.

Been using this app and the globe suite products for a while now and I'd like to preface that the incompetent bozo who designed the app and the bulb function ruin the experience. This is the only light bulb that ive used that uses Wi-Fi for bulb connectivity, why not Bluetooth. Also, during the pairing phase (something that happens alot because these bulbs love to unpair themselves) they flash at the HIGHEST BRIGHTNESS. I have minor epilepsy, and can see these potentially killing someone.

This is by far the worst app I've ever used. You can't connect via Wi-Fi. Then it asks you to do AP mode and join a hotspot, once you do, you're disconnected from the app. And each time you want to try again, you have to reenter your Wi-Fi password. You need to stop selling these products or fix the app asap. It's been like this for 5 years or more when I bought my first smart plug. Great idea, horrible execution. Wish I could get my money back. 3 years later and nothing has changed....
