Galaxy Z Fold 5, One UI 8.5, Android 16 (Baklava). Once set up on my wi-fi network, does a good job of controlling Globe's branded smart plugs, especially lamps with hard to access switches. However, I had a hard time trying to integrate the application and plugs into Samsung's "Smart Things," to better keep track of them.

Click multiple boxes to be "BOUND by their Contract", location access etc. I feel like I'm selling my soul just to use LED lights I paid for. 😐 Crazy to be BOUND to anything, just to use lights. However, the lights work great, and I am now BOUND yaaay.

Great app! Only problem I have with my globe cameras is that it takes so long to reset the memory cards! Needs improvement globe! As to my color bulbs I absolutely love them! Can choose any color I want! Has both white and soft colors! Works with both Google and Alexia! I've had mine for years now great products! I love my bulbs and my cameras!

Been using this app and the globe suite products for a while now and I'd like to preface that the incompetent bozo who designed the app and the bulb function ruin the experience. This is the only light bulb that ive used that uses Wi-Fi for bulb connectivity, why not Bluetooth. Also, during the pairing phase (something that happens alot because these bulbs love to unpair themselves) they flash at the HIGHEST BRIGHTNESS. I have minor epilepsy, and can see these potentially killing someone.

I have been using globe lights for 3 years now, the app randomly stops pairing with my Alexa, and then it stopped working on my phone aswell. I have gone throw 5 or 6 light bulbs because I thought they were the problem. Instead it was just the apps fault. It works great when it wants to and then randomly stops changing colors, and turning on.

This is by far the worst app I've ever used. You can't connect via Wi-Fi. Then it asks you to do AP mode and join a hotspot, once you do, you're disconnected from the app. And each time you want to try again, you have to reenter your Wi-Fi password. You need to stop selling these products or fix the app asap. It's been like this for 5 years or more when I bought my first smart plug. Great idea, horrible execution. Wish I could get my money back. 3 years later and nothing has changed....
