I've had Glossy Box for many years now, I love having a monthly pick me up and trying new products.... sometimes there's something there that's not for you, but I regift it and people love these quirky unique items themselves and ended up subscribing. I've previously ordered some of the limited edition boxes... and I've never been disappointed I absolutely love that I could also use my glossy credits to put towards the cost of things I want, and you can use them on look fantastic.

I'm always having issues with the app. To begin with I wasn't able to customize my box with the color for the tinted moisturizer so received the wrong color. When I contact customer support they told me there was nothing the could do I had to do it through the app even tho it wasn't working. And now I can't log into my account even tho all my details are correct. It just refuses to log me in and keeps kicking me out

I'm sorry, I'm completely disappointed with this brand's services. If you want to pay for a full subscription, especially for a year, make sure that's what you want. You can't cancel it after. If, for some reason, you can't continue with the subscription, they basically force you to continue until the contract time runs out. Please They won't support you at all, and I don't agree with that. Think about that first before you subscribe to something here. My advice DON'T SUBSCRIBE.

So I've placed my subscription for a 12-month plan and my app isn't recognizing that I've already subscribed and paid, so I have an issue of it constantly asking me to subscribe, and I can't buy anything because it doesn't recognize I've already subscribed!!! It's a mess, and I really don't know how to fix it
