First time using this service. What a blessing! With no car, and no family nearby, I was spending a fortune on Uber. Thank you to whoever implemented this service! It's a great app to get around WF, but it doesn't have rides anywhere for me around 4pm to 9pm, I think that's kinda unacceptable that I can't get to where I gotta go past 4 o clock and so on till 9:30 which is close but other than the troubles booking a ride past 4 o clock and so on it's a great way to around Wake Forest in NC especially for anybody with a suspended or revoked driver's license.

The bus needs to be back for at least half a day. It is extremely hard to book a ride in the mornings and afternoons. I am always late to work. Thank goodness my manager understands.

Starts so late not an option if have to be at work by 8am - and hard to get out of wake forest - not convenient at all
