★★☆☆☆ I wish I could give a negative rating! The app, just like Goa Gas, is absolutely useless. It constantly shows NO INTERNET CONNECTION, although all other apps are working fine and my data is all topped up!!!

★★☆☆☆ I only downloaded it to make the initial payment. And that payment gateway is not working. It's not working in your website either.

★★☆☆☆ Not at all user-friendly business process. For not soo tech savy folks it is very inconvenient to upload meter reading etc. The UI is not friendly to a person who has limited knowledge on tech

★★☆☆☆ BP number is asked to log in, then again u have to fill all the details of billing, when tht can be auto generated. UPI payment options are poor. Urgently it needs to be redesigned and make payment easily and friendly process
