I wish I could score a -10 for the complete and unjust support for a severely disabled veteran who is in the support group (priority service register) with this company who has offered me zero support for this company that have been overcharging me for years. And I have been stuck with this company since I moved in, and I didn't even have a choice of energy providers that installed a NOT AT ALL (smart meter)as I was just told that my meter was obsolete. WHY do I have NO PRICE CAP as well.

App does not recognize me as a current customer so I am unable to leave meter readings to enable me to move onto the EV tariff. No customer support on the weekend to help. Very frustrating as I emailed a couple of days ago to say once ive switched over, can I immediately change to EV tariff. They said yes, yet here I am struggling with no support. Very frustrating, I should have stayed with British Gas!
