Doesn't count steps right always wrong counts higher than the amount of steps I walked

The Gemini health coach isn't useful for my needs, so I use another AI for health coaching. All I want from Google Fit each morning is my raw Fitbit data, so I can copy it and give it to that AI. Please either make Gemini reliably output the raw data without coaching or, preferably, add a simple “Copy Last 24 Hours” button that copies all available Fitbit data to the clipboard as JSON. I've asked Gemini for this, but it argues with me every time.

Ridiculous step counter. The step tracker always seemed a bit high. I bought a different work-out band and the Google Fit app on my Google watch is over counting the steps on the health band by more than 10,000 steps in a day. The health band was 12,000 while the Fit app counted 25,000. I was moving that day but not 25,000 steps. The Google watch is on my offhand, while the exercise band is on my strong hand, which imo would make the discrepancy even worse on the Fit App, paid subscription.
