★★★★★
This is a decent app, but it has some service issues. I can't get a ride in Medford, even though the app claims to cover that area. No driver takes the request. I had to go with Lyft at the last minute, which I don't want to use.
★★★★★
Useful but one flaw For the most part this app is great, very convenient. One thing is frustrating me about it, though: one of my "saved addresses"is a house in Cambridge, but the app WILL NOT save it as a Cambridge address, it keeps "correcting" it to a Somerville address. Yes, there is a house in Somerville with that address, no, it is not where I want to go.

Scheduling a cab through these folks is an actual promise that they fulfill, not an "if the driver feels like it" with Uber or Lyft.
★★★★★
Big performance improvement since my last try 4 weeks ago which was a big disappointment. Reinstall recommended if you haven't upgraded recently.

Great for Tufts Univ Visited Medford campus of Tufts and found this app very helpful. Cabs came quickly when called and on time when scheduled.
★★☆☆☆
Where do I begin? They start out great, but if you use a credit card the cabbies will make up excuses of why they can't take them, my card for some reason doesn't go through right away, so I get bitched at by the driver the whole way to my destination. They tell me they don't want to pick me up but do anyway. I've been waiting over an hour now and called them twice. Stop crying about CC when your company takes them. Find a new job. IDK I'm not a cab driver. Good thing there's Uber or Lyft....
★★☆☆☆
The "Calculating..." thing never seems to load, which crashes the app when
I either try to book a cab for now or later.
