Paul's earlier review about changing the UX input for initial DOB input was on point, but implemented so badly. It took me several MINUTES to press left enough times to get to my month/year of birth. When he said manual I doubt this is what he had in mind. You desperately need to fix it - usual standard would be pressing the month zooms out to selecting a month, pressing again zooms out to selecting a year. I persisted despite this annoyance, but many won't.

Update: since chatting to customer support on the Green Money website, I've been told that Melbourne & Whitehorse councils are no longer participating in this program, what a gigantic waste of time! They couldn't even tell us on the website when I had logged into my account that was the case, I just found all the redeemable categories are all blank! Only found out after chatting to customer support it wasn't in use. So would give zero stars if possible. Grrr! :(
