It's pretty good I use it to control some smart lights and a camera. But have noticed sometimes when I enter the room where the camera is, it doesn't always detect movement and sometimes doesn't detect movement and alert until I have already been in the room for a while moving around. Also sometimes I have to go into and out of the light settings quite a few times to get the brightness to actually adjust instead of the slider being moved up and down by me but nothing happening to the light.

Good App Once you get to know it and work out what needs to be done the more you are on the App the more you can work it out I found I just wish you could leave color mode on instead of the spotlight being on??? Does not let you have color Mode On Instead of spotlight mode and I know there is inferred red as well, but you can still use color at night if the area is well lit up and actually see then who is out there infer red you only see the black and white??? OBJECT if I'm wrong tell me???

Update: I updated garage door opener to the newest and still the same bug. Needs attention. All working fine so far. I found a bug: when the garage door is shut you cannot open it from the home screen. You have to go into the garage door menu to open it. All other lights, power points you can activate from the home screen.

Have a few different types of devices paird via grid connect. Recently had a smart lock installed that also uses grid connect. Devices are paired successfully, and I have opted to turn of alerts for the smart lock, but grid connect app still generates alerts. Have been trying to get support for this with no luck. Just being brushed off as nothing.

Only give 2 stars, I'm a pensioner, I'm paying out $50 plus to have these 4 cameras that I have connected to this Grid Connect app, well I have a Samsung Galaxy Fold 5, use to be able to control my cameras on my phone, but now the ones running this Grid Connent has done updates to the Grid Connect app, now it says for me to control my cameras on my phone left, right, up & down is now no longer compatible on my Samsung Galaxy Fold 5, now I have to buy a tablet to use it now, what a bloody joke!

Well, I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 FE and the app does seem to load up fine on my phone but as far as pairing goes. I have both an Alec grid connect smart plug and a Delta PowerPoint both using the same app and yet both refuse to be paired.
