Good app. You can set four different levels of lighting. You can control your lights while away or set it on a pre-programmed timer. From my room I can activate my son's room light, kitchen or garage before I walk there. It is a very good app.

This has been working great for 2 years, but now it's not detecting movement, and I've done everything I possibly can to fix it. The app is great, could be a Door Bell issue, any tips would be appreciated

Camera's work fine, but would be 100% better if I could access my camera's on pc computer, as its 100% stupid that the camera's can't be accessed by a pc computer, but because of that, I'm going to look for a camera system that csn be accessed by a pc computer, otherwise I don't have any problems with my camera's!

The app is extremely slow to load, if it decides to - most the time it won't load cameras, playback or gallery. Playback and recordings freeze a lot for a split second and navigating that 1 sec to get passed it is extremely difficult. One of my cameras keeps going offline despite strong connection and being closest to the router. Third security camera brand trialed and this has been the worst so far

I'm never buying into this brand's ecosystem again, I had two corner lights fail, and a smart plug failing, the app sometimes just goes off-line and you widgets no longer work, if unreliability is a brand, it's Alec

2.0.2 removed my device, and it can no longer be added, please fix. Alec Tower Fan ATF1006HA.

Almost all devices drop out randomly for no reason, with every light blinding and strobing me constantly in the middle of the night. AP option disappeared which was the workaround which removed the most of the drop-outs but not all. Devices also randomly reset for no reason, replaced Wi-Fi twice nothing works well, convinced it's the app itself, do yourself a favor and get zigbee products instead, same cost way more reliable to date and no strobing when resetting the devices, easier setup too
