Camera's work fine, but would be 100% better if I could access my camera's on pc computer, as its 100% stupid that the camera's can't be accessed by a pc computer, but because of that, I'm going to look for a camera system that csn be accessed by a pc computer, otherwise I don't have any problems with my camera's!

This has been working great for 2 years, but now it's not detecting movement, and I've done everything I possibly can to fix it. The app is great, could be a Door Bell issue, any tips would be appreciated

I'm never buying into this brand's ecosystem again, I had two corner lights fail, and a smart plug failing, the app sometimes just goes off-line and you widgets no longer work, if unreliability is a brand, it's Alec

Avoid this brand at all costs. Simply the worst user experience ever, and I am fairly good at internet connection activities. Not with this brand as its is just absolute garbage. Will never buy Alec or any grid connect products as long as I live I need another app and account. To use a light. Sigh and as you can see, they don't care one bit as it's the only dumb, (not smart st all) device that rip off buntings mob sell. Temu has better quality as does ali express

After working fine for a year or so, my camera disappeared from the app. And even though it's fully charged, and I'm following the instructions carefully it will not connect. Also, in the list of available cameras to add manually, my model is no longer listed and if I try a similar model it won't connect either. This is worse than useless because it gaslights you into thinking you might be doing something wrong, so you waste frustrated hours of your time trying to make it work.

Almost all devices drop out randomly for no reason, with every light blinding and strobing me constantly in the middle of the night. AP option disappeared which was the workaround which removed the most of the drop-outs but not all. Devices also randomly reset for no reason, replaced Wi-Fi twice nothing works well, convinced it's the app itself, do yourself a favor and get zigbee products instead, same cost way more reliable to date and no strobing when resetting the devices, easier setup too

Slow and lags alot, hard to set limits and 1 camera keeps restarting even though power is on and connected to Wi-Fi.
