Awesome companion for any home charging EV. Monitor and control your charging, direct from your phone. Plumb in your local electricity rates and know exactly how much each charge costs. Program the charging to coincide with your cheaper, off-peak rates. You can also turn off your charger when you're away from your house. 👍👍 Review edit. Downgraded to 4 stars. Local utility company has discount rates all weekend as well. The app lacks the ability to add a "weekend rate" to the programming.

Works reliably and has all the basic options required for a charging station. Would be nice to have more real time stats and graphs though, rather than based just on charging sessions. Despite other reviews, it is indeed capable of multiple rates based on time of day. For those that say cost calculation is incorrect, it is likely that you put the decimal point in the wrong spot. The rates are based on dollar amount confirmation. For example 9.5 cents/kwh would be configured in the app as 0.095.

I'm not sure why such bad reviews. This app works reasonably well for me, even with ToD rate charging. My only issue is that I can't figure out how to add holidays to me charging schedule. I can add the rates for the holidays, but it won't affect the schedule.

This app is okay. It's kind of cool being able to track the cost of a charge, for example, by specifying your electricity rates. Desired improvements are: 1. Why does the firmware update not work for the Grizzle charger? The event logs say it has been updated, but it has not. More information about why it did not update or how to troubleshoot is required 2. I incorrectly specified electricity rates before charging once, and I'm unable to delete or modify charge history.

Scheduling doesn't work properly at all. I cannot set a schedule and use it each time I charge. Instead, I have to reset the schedule every time. Even then, it often ignores the schedule and charges immediately. The app also doesn't recognize what time it actually is because of daylight savings. In short, it is useless as a scheduling app.

In addition to nag screens about notifications every time I open the app, it also keeps displaying the charging history in Ukrainian for no reason despite being set to English and still displaying English everywhere else. I have to keep changing it to another language and then back to English again to put everything back to English. Fix bugs instead of harassing users about notifications, please!
