Literally one of the worst apps I have ever tried to use. If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. I forgot my password and had it send a code to my email. It only worked on the device I tried to use the app on. It had me give the passcode and set a new password, which it confirmed. Then, when I tried inputting my new password, it kept telling me it was wrong! I reset it twice and both times this happened. So, now, I can't even log in. This is REALLY frustrating and annoying!

Very slow and glitchy. The app won't close when I use the back button on my phone, so I have to use the menu button to close and get out. There are no notifications to confirm that a photo claim has been successfully submitted, so I can't tell if my claim is under review or if it didn't go through... I had to resubmit one claim after not hearing back for over a week and used the manual entry option, so it would actually record the transaction in the app.

This app would be good if it worked.... I did a photo submission for EHC, and it sent it as a DRUG, so my submission was rejected. Not sure why their app that states it's submitting as one thing doesn't actually submit the correct info. Just got the website and upload from there
