App has too many issues. Had my next group Zoom meeting for 2028. Still can not use the app to connect to the Zoom meetings, and I can not use the test link to submit screenshot, it will keep showing I need to submit a screen no matter how many times I submit it.

It says that I'm using an outdated version of the groups app and tells me to update the app, but when I go to my play store to try and update the app., there are no updates available at all.

My experience has been terrible so far. Everything they've told me is basically a lie. they've sworn to me for two days I can go to any emergency room, show my provider date and get a bridge script until I get my actual script filled, but I'm 4 days on W/D now cold turkey because the hospitals I've gone to refuse to do this. They claim it's too specialized and regulated, and I need to go to a clinic but because I am now basically clean I need to use again to do that. So done.

They completely lied and messed me up. I got an appointment on Monday, the lady I talked to for an hour on Friday said that on my appointment on Monday they would write me a 7;day prescription. I could have gone somewhere else but by the time they told me that it was too late. They act like it's not an urgent issue. I hate this place. THANK GOODNESS I WAS ABLE TO GET A SAME DAY VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT WITH SPERO HEALTH. THEY SAVED ME. Apparently GRT don't understand addiction at all.

The app is ok, but the people don't care about you. They treat everyone as if they are drug addicts they talk about your care plan and private medical information in group in front of people breaking HIPAA laws. If you call the hotline because their mistakes they will be rude and short with you. If it is not convenient for them, they will not help you. If you need Suboxone. Find a doctor or a different facility they will make your life way more difficult if you use Groups. They don't care.
