★★☆☆☆ SCAM!. Two of the products are physically mailed. But they don't mail it out unless you select the shipping that costs 169 British Pounds rather than the free shipping they offer, for what is really only $15 worth of shipping. We ordered after hours in England, called back 6 hours later at the beginning of the work day first thing in the morning, and they said they mailed it already. They couldn't have! ASked them for a copy of their postage receipt, they didn't have one. They jack up the price on the shipping to make sure you dont select it, so then you don't get a tracking number, and they just blame it on the customer selecting free shipping so it "didn't arrive". Even offered them $100 to send it again. The components are cheap, and only cost about $15 to produce. They won't. cooperate. Even after being told that there would be this negative review. Found out through research that the product doesn't exist. They blame it on shipping, blame it on customs, now we have 2 downloaded and paid for products that don't do us any good at all because they didn't mail us out the physical products. They have ripped off many others on different market places online. 100% scam
