The application was initially working but just stop working. It continues giving error messages, and I have been on it for the past one month

This is a great app, so fast and reliable. It helpful especially for me when my hardware token is not with me, hence I can make payment anywhere am l without carrying the token with me. The app actually works fine. Kudos to Gtb team.

The GT token app doesn't work, don't be deceived. Whatever you wish to do, kindly visit a physical branch of a GT Bank to get it done or just forget about it. The branches to no longer issue a hardware token if you are thinking of getting one. Unless you make a physical visit, nothing will change for you. This app deserves less than a one star, it serves no purpose

I exceeded the onboarding limit in the old app, and I quickly downloaded this latest update, hoping to see an improved onboarding process. Sad to say that the updated app carried over the same error message of "onboarding limit exceeded" Since the developer and customer service can't reset this error message without undue stress, I have given up on the app. I can't improve my rating as I have no chance to assess the app.

This is a very unreliable and unstable app from a reputable financial institution. Why do you have to visit a bank branch to rectify a problem created by the app? Due to the instability of the app, I uninstalled and reinstalled it. And the problems started. It was unable to verify me despite entering the correct credentials. The app is very temperamental. The developers have lost it completely. How can they ask you to generate a code from a hardware you don't have? Senseless!

I suspect this app was developed by a hacker not GT Bank. After entering last 8 digits of ATM card and ATM pin, token is not activated. It says use hardware token. Why would someone who has hardware token even download an e-token? Likely scammers are using this app to store people ATM card number and ATM pin for future heist
