App was easy-to-use to use. The photo 📸 shoot was helpful. Recommend more space for medications. Or, possibly, an option to photo add a copy of a med list. Overall, this was an easy way to provide new patient information.

I enter phone number and the app won't allow me to get the OTP. Can't go any further on the data entry.

Allows me to log in and view my profile, insurance information, and scheduled appointments, but if I try to access my exercise regimen, it gives me an error message reading "Login failed. Incorrect credentials." If I try to log in again from that screen using my phone number, it gives another error message, and if I use my email, it sends a pass code and goes through the whole loop repeatedly. The website does the same thing on my desktop computer.

Tried 6 times to download. Finally, got the OTP code but could not enter it because the app was still locked on sending to my phone number. Wasted more time trying to get the app than it will take to fill out the paperwork on site!
