Accessing ur own account is made so cumbersome. Not just the app but the web-version restricts you if in emergency want to access your account. You are made to wait 2 hours before you can access your Account if you log in from another browser. The bank should first ask its customers if they are familiar with using internet and APP, perhaps a small test before you allow customers to use online banking. I use other bank apps and browsers, never face these problems. Today again app and web is down.

Very poor services. They do not offer any credit card or loan schemes for their employees. Their internet banking service is also very poor and takes too much time to process transactions. Overall, the banking services need significant improvement.
