I am extremely disappointed with HABIBMETRO Bank's customer service. My fund transfer amount has been deducted from my account, but it has not been credited to the beneficiary's account. Despite repeated attempts, no one is answering the helpline calls, and I have not received any assistance. This level of service is unacceptable. I request HABIBMETRO to resolve my issue immediately and improve its customer support so that customers do not face such inconvenience in the future.
