I cannot download my statement for the year. I have to submit a request and wait. No timeline given. Ruined the desktop app as well.

Accessing ur own account is made so cumbersome. Not just the app but the web-version restricts you if in emergency want to access your account. You are made to wait 2 hours before you can access your Account if you log in from another browser. The bank should first ask its customers if they are familiar with using internet and APP, perhaps a small test before you allow customers to use online banking. I use other bank apps and browsers, never face these problems. Today again app and web is down.
