The app doesn't let me cancel or reschedule an existing appointment and sending messages to the doctor's office is sometimes useless.

I can't even log in, I literally copy and paste what I use to log in to the browser, and it just says invalid username or password. My phone won't even let me log into the browser no matter how much I try. It just keeps bringing me to this broken app.
