App is super buggy and very hard to access. Records and messages are not available even when we get emails that new messages are available. Worst patient portal I've ever had to use. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Can't get a password set to even get in the first time! I have gotten at least 5 password reset emails!

The app doesn't let me cancel or reschedule an existing appointment and sending messages to the doctor's office is sometimes useless.
