★★★★★ Modern app look and feel. It works well for servicing tickets, we could use a lot more in-app features, like project mgmt, viewing invoices, push notification management, etc., but this is a great start for the new app, looking forward to it continuing to expand its capabilities! PS - I would love for the app to take on our global default colors in Halo PSA, we have a custom green color and the red is a bit jarring, if that could match it would look even better for us.

★★★★★ The Halo team continues to improve an already wonderful product. The integration with our PSA instance is seamless. There are a few things that I would like to see (time tracking during a site visit, possibly based on geolocation; integration with the phone's calls to track client communication), but the app is relatively young, so these may come in the future. All in all, it's great to have an app and not have to use the mobile site. Looking forward to using it!

★★☆☆☆ Can't filter tickets. App doesn't work more than half the time.

★★☆☆☆ Pretty awful. The view options are lacking. Can't even find tickets I was working on a few hours after the fact.

★★☆☆☆ Not sure what to describe. My Tickets take forever to load, Working in progress won't be visible. No matter you play with filters, It doesn't show up. No ticket sorts by decending date. No filters to find closed tickets. Merging of tickets require us to remember the ticket number you are going to merge to. Not even possible to split merged tickets. What a shame. Have you used any of itsm software before developing this app ?
