Biometric login never works. Always asks for password.

Very unreliable, hangs up, biometric /fingerprint option doesn't operate, couldn't even log in during roadside emergency. App is essentially worthless and reflects badly on Hanover.

App lets me log in, but then it throws out an error message of "There is a temporary technical problem fetching your policy. Please try again later." This happens constantly and is bad enough that I'm seriously considering changing to another insurance carrier There's no point in having an account with someone if I can never access that account, especially in the THIRD DECADE OF THE 21ST CENTURY!
