The shopping area has a much improved navigation, essential now that you can redeem your Rewards points online. Harrods website is too slow for me, i don't know why
★☆☆☆☆Fee Cameron· Oct 7, 2025
Dire. Just says app needs updating. Can't update or open app. Rubbish and not what you would expect from a store such as Harrods. Seems this problem has been ongoing for more than a year according to other reviews.
★☆☆☆☆Tracey Cowley-Coulton· Oct 23, 2025
Telling me it needs an update - try to do and just takes me back to same page, again and again and again and again and again.......
★☆☆☆☆Dipika Dattani· Oct 25, 2025
It doesn't load right now and keeps saying update now. I tried to uninstall and re-install but the problem persists.
