The app shut me out and keeps saying it needs to update but when it takes me back to the play store page, there is not a way to update.

Dire. Just says app needs updating. Can't update or open app. Rubbish and not what you would expect from a store such as Harrods. Seems this problem has been ongoing for more than a year according to other reviews.
