The new version of the App is way better than the previous one! You can check your Rewards points and benefits, see how many points you should earn to move to the next tier and which offers are available to you! The shopping area has a much improved navigation, essential now that you can redeem your Rewards points online. The App will give you personalized shopping recommendations and allow you to favorite items on your wishlist. I would recommend!

Dire. Just says app needs updating. Can't update or open app. Rubbish and not what you would expect from a store such as Harrods. Seems this problem has been ongoing for more than a year according to other reviews.

TERRIBLE! Both their website and app are awful. Trying to access my rewards account to view points and cannot get logged in on the app. When I log in to the website it doesn't show my rewards account at all. Useless.
