FRAUD. 1. Got a taxi today, payment option was debit, taxi picked me up and drove about 3 min just to let me know that" your payment hasn't gone through" I showed him both my online banking and the app itself and both showed that the money has been taken and that the trip has been completed. 2. Shows "completed" even if the trip isn't completed. 3. The taxi driver demanded £2.50 extra, because he drove for 3 min. 4. Despite all of this, he made me exist the vehicle in the middle of no where.

Ha slam Taxi Service is good but the App management is Very POOR. After reinstalling the app on my new phone, it won't let me log in as it says to check your email for PIN, but I never receive any email nor text, and I had the same issue about 6 months ago since then not fixed and there is no way to contact developers etc. though I ask the taxi base but no response. Disgusted!
