Havenwise is an easy-to-use control and optimisation system for your heat pump.
Connect via our app in just a few minutes, no installer needed! We connect directly to your internet-connected Vaillant, Mitsubishi or Samsung heat pump, so most users need no extra hardware.
Havenwise automatically learns how your home heats up and cools down. Our smart software takes into account your energy tariff, local weather, and your comfort to keep your home warm and water hot for the lowest possible bill.
Havenwise works great with time-of-use tariffs to shift your heating out of expensive peak periods and into the cheapest times of day. For homes with solar panels, we can shift usage to warmer and sunnier periods. For batteries, time-of-use optimisation can be toggled on and off depending on your preference, to take advantage of tariffs or keep your heat pump running low and slow for maximum efficiency.

Great app & really responsive helpful team to support you using it. Highly recommended. I have a Samsung heat pump and the controls are not as straight forward as I would have hoped. Haven wise gives me the option of running at maximum efficiency OR optimizing against my time of use tariff for lowest actual cost / bills. This is tech that simply works.

Only a few weeks into the heating season, but Haven wise definitely seems to be making my Ecodan heat pump run more efficiently. The app took a bit of getting used to, and the heat pump does some slightly odd things in the setup phase, but now I've got the hang of it I'm really impressed. Once you understand how it works, the controls are easier to use than Mitsubishi's own app. One feature request - it would be great if the app could integrate control of solar panels and home batteries as well.

Tried it as kept hearing nice things about it. Drove the efficiency of our pump to the ground, was turning on heating at aggressively at high temperatures. Contacted support was told that I can be switched to a different mode where only outside temperature influences is taken into account, but noticed no difference, pump was still set by the app to produce 55C water for heating. Was told that "the learning process" in my system failed. Not sure if this is not snake oil...

Very disappointed with this app, nowhere in the description before you download the app does it say that it only supports a very few systems, some of the systems it does support and is able to monitor are not necessarily the biggest or most commonly found in use. To be fair it does say upon setting it up that if your system wasn't supported they would let you know when it was, surely a simple addition in the description of the supported systems would be a big time saver.
