App password rest request is sending showing prompt a password reset email sent, but there is nothing sent on email I asked my area manager he replied app is not working now you can view your fund details via email monthly statement.

Extremely shady and unprofessional. Capital gains & dividend tax deductions are completely non-transparent and deliberately confusing. Staff is incompetent and unhelpful. I have been chasing them for 4 months just to understand how my capital gain tax was calculated, with no clear answer. Complaints are closed without resolution. Avoid at all costs. Not recommended.

Trying to open my savings account through the app, and it won't go past bank verification section saying "bank account title must match account title". I have an HBL account, using same IBAN, it is picking the right account title but still giving this error. Very weird.
