When I open the application, it shows an “Update” option. However, when I check for updates, it says that no update is available.

The app was working properly until the last update. Now it opens to the first screen showing the login option, and as soon as I press login, it freezes there. The other options, signup and create a new account, are working; only login is not working. Please fix this issue.

Dear DVRs, this app is not working properly for RDA users. Specifically, when, a payment to a CDC acount is made only a warning message apears stating 'check your account statement' no message apears saying your payment is successful. Then, when you check the balance the app shows that the amount is debited. The debit amount reaches the CDC but not through the proper API and CDC do not credit that amount to the customer's CDC account. Pls, resolv API issue, or just downgrade to old version of app.

Worst experience with hbl. Customer support is 0/10, internet banking 2/10, bugs and errors in e-statement. Registered complaint many times, but the issue is not resolved till date. Very poor

The new interface is just good nothing else. Don't even share receipt, download it or anything else. App shows linking/ delinting option every time. The helpline don't respond whether you stay on call whole day. Worst experience 😠
