I'm here only to tell all of you who have had bad experience with this app one thing. Use INSTEAD the app PB.UW by UPGROW. I recently purchased 2 different dashcam thinking they were different companies but, even though they appear to be it, I believe they are the same. As of 7/2023 I'm having a positive experience with PB.UW app. Emboli dashcam works just fine on it. Hopefully I helped someone. I have no problem with the app. I was able to connect my camera right away and access the files on it. The only thing I have an issue with is the speed of transfers, but that's most likely an issue with the camera itself and not the software. It'll be better to just disconnect the camera from the mount and pop off the sd card when I want to get video off of it. But for quick views and access, this is good software. One thing I would improve is how it shows the video download progress. I didn't even see the little green circle at first. Other than that, it's working just fine.

This app is trashed! The directions provided more like this app really give us user free internet access. Even has its own Wi-Fi name and password. However, there's NO INTERNET ACCESS when connected! How the heck you going to get internet access? Does this mean that we have to pay additional fees monthly or yearly to used your internet access? I guess this device is useless too since app give nonsense directions!
