I like the fact that I can make these hearing aids applicable to different environments. I really like to have control on the various frequency adjustments. I love the hearing test and optimization. This is how you should have control over your hearing aids.

Works well with Hearing Assist aids. This update when opened does to try to Bluetooth connect aids. Now you have to touch Search to get connections to start. A little slow to connect too. Really liked the auto connect.

Not useful at all Will not find the hearing aids even with access to everything. The hearing check can be done with headset but then no way to see the settings or able to export them

The voice will not find the left ear. Spent 2 hours today and the app just doesn't work I spent an hour on their customer they couldn't do anything. I asked the customer are these from China, and they said they don't know so that's how good they are junk.
