I use the app with both the Olive and the Olive Air heating aids. The app has plenty of controls for the devices. There are two EQs, one for normal hearing and one for Bluetooth sound. Both have ten frequency controls so there is plenty of scope for personalization. Also, you can save (and name) settings, so I have one setting for normal conversation with my wife (lots of high frequency boost) and one for watching TV (more balance across all frequencies.)

The sound is great, with a setting test built into the app (similar to a hearing test that would be done by an audiologist). And I love the dual functionality. On the downside, they do *not* work as ear buds without the Olive app resident, and the app will not load onto my tablet. That means I cannot use the devices as ear buds for my tablet. Also, I need to recharge about 3 times per day.

Olive Air: Awesome Had them for about an hour and so far they tick every dang box that I have even imagined: - Music sounds like it did when I first heard it in the '70' & '80's. - ANC works well - Hearing aid functionality can be turned off even while nothing else is playing. - Hearing aid part lets me understand people clearly in the other room speaking at a normal voice. - Hearing aid volume and frequency adjustability is stunning. These easily replace the $3000 one's audiologist recommended.

Purchased pro hearing buds as an option for phone use and hearing. Music tends to cut out alot, calls quality was poor but the worse was for the hearing portion. Literally been sitting in its charging box since getting them. I'd sell them to someone else, but I would be no better than this company. Already commented on indigo and will say it here: DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT, You're WASTING YOUR MONEY. THE SPECS ARE MISLEADING AND IF YOU HAVE TINNITUS, THE HEARING TEST IS USELESS.

I helped fund the 1st trial of My Olive hearing aids. Months ove waiting for hearing aids that didn't work well. The sound for Bluetooth music was good. I signed up for the Olive Max, waited, waited, and waited. I found the Max to be uncomfortable, not securely fitting, and completely useless as hearing aids. Recharging is a problem, tried the recommendation for charging tips, not much help. I recently downloaded the latest update. Now my Olive Max units scream at any volume level. Junk!

Paired with phone on Samsung S23 Ultra but whenever I try to register account it tells me no internet connection. App is slow to respond and device is essentially useless.
