Comments on Nano SigmaPlus for Android

This is a very useful app for anyone who wants a simple and remote way to control their nano hearing aids, it has clear controls and the features make it easy to use without taking much time to learn the interface

★★★★★ Yusuf Rowing · Apr 4, 2020

I'm happy to have installed this app as it works flawlessly with the hearing aid smart device. It is amazing makes everything easier to use. Good app to control and navigate my hearing aid.

★☆☆☆☆ Robert Corr · Jun 15, 2022

This is a POOR App. It does NOT WORK! A BIG BOX pops-up telling me to make sure devices are ON. They ARE ON! I cannot clear this BOX, and the App sees NO DEVICES!

★☆☆☆☆ A Google user · Dec 10, 2020

App can't find my very high dollor Nano E Earbud Hearing aids, l am very disappointed! I was looking forward to using my phone to control my hearing aids!

★★☆☆☆ David Taylor · Oct 14, 2023

The hearing aids are great. The app sucks. Every time you open app it says have to reconnect, and then it says that no devices are found, even though the hearing aids are clearly working. Paperwork says there is a band adjustment and a hearing test available on the app, however cannot find it anywhere. When you go to the app to adjust volume or the settings from outdoor, restaurant, etc., you should not have to reconnect and go to trouble of trying to get the app to find the devices.
