Heart Beat Plus

Your resting heart rate tells a story most fitness apps never read. Heart Beat Plus listens — turning daily BPM readings, sleep hours, and stress levels into a clear, crimson-lit picture of your recovery and resilience.

WHAT MAKES HEART BEAT PLUS DIFFERENT

Most wearables bury your heart rate data in noise. Heart Beat Plus flips the script: you log a quick daily check-in, and the app draws your personal RHR trend curve across 7 days, badges each entry with an OPTIMAL REST or NORMAL status, and correlates your readings with sleep quality and stress exposure — all without needing a smartwatch.

KEY FEATURES

• Daily Pulse Log — record BPM in seconds with a clean number input
• Sleep Recovery Slider — dial in hours slept from 0 to 12 with a smooth, precise control
• Stress Exposure Selector — mark Low, Moderate, or High stress at a glance
• Recovery Tag Chips — attach context tags like #Rested, #Hydrated, #PostWorkout, or #Fatigued to each entry
• Notes Field — capture the story behind the number (diet, travel, illness, emotions)
• 7-Day RHR Trend Chart — a smooth crimson pulse curve showing your full week of readings
• Live Stats Bar — avg, min, and max BPM calculated automatically from your recent logs
• OPTIMAL REST Badge — intelligent status labels let you know when your heart is truly recovered
• Sync Log Detail Panel — tap any entry to see a full breakdown: BPM circle badge, sleep hours, stress level, date, time, and notes
• Pre-seed Sample History — instantly populate a realistic 7-day dataset to explore the app before logging real data
• Wellness Insights Tab — a dedicated view for deeper recovery analysis as your data grows
• Dark-first design — a deep #0F1016 background with crimson and teal accents keeps the focus on your data, not the UI

HOW IT WORKS

1. Each morning (or evening), open Heart Beat Plus and tap NEW DAILY SYNC CHECK-IN.
2. Enter your resting heart rate — ideally measured right after waking, before getting up.
3. Adjust the sleep slider to reflect last night's hours and pick your stress level for the day.
4. Select any relevant recovery tags, add a short note if something stands out, then save.
5. Your entry lands in the SYNC LOGS tab and the RHR trend chart updates immediately.
6. After a week of data, you will start to see patterns: how late nights shift your baseline, how low-stress days drop your BPM, how hydration changes your recovery score.
7. Tap any log to open the SYNC LOG DETAIL panel for a full wellness snapshot of that day.

PERFECT FOR

• Endurance athletes monitoring training load and recovery between hard sessions
• Anyone managing chronic stress who wants objective data alongside subjective feelings
• Biohackers and self-quantifiers tracking the effect of sleep, diet, or supplements on HRV-adjacent metrics
• People recovering from illness or overtraining who need to see their baseline trending back down
• Health-conscious individuals who want a simple, screen-time-light daily check-in ritual

PRIVACY & TRUST

Heart Beat Plus stores all your pulse logs and wellness notes locally on your device. No account required. No data leaves your phone. No ads, no subscriptions, no background sync services. Your heart rate history is yours alone — we never see it, never sell it, and never share it. You can export or delete your data at any time from within the app.
