Compact AC with powerful performance 👌🏻, but I’m disappointed 😔 with the app. It seems the Bluetooth disconnects frequently, and I have to log in again and again every time my phone is locked. Also, the Bluetooth is searchable only through the app, and due to the frequent disconnections, the feature shown in the advertisement—tracking unit consumption—is hard to use. Overall, it’s a good product. Keep it up 👍🏻

The app is controlling AC properly through Bluetooth. However, the main problem is I have to pair the AC using Bluetooth every time I am opening the app. Also cloud pairing working but all the remote controls are toggling ON off automatically and the AC is not responding to those commands Edit - After the recent update, the AC can be controlled over the cloud very smoothly. Very good improvement. But still it's unpair every time when closing the app. Waiting for next update.

Not able to connect via Wi-Fi. So not able to link with alexa even though there is an option in alexa to link helium account

The AC is very disappointing. First, the installation was done only after 4 days. Since then, it has not been cooling at all. The customer care team answered my calls for the first 3 days, but now they have completely stopped responding. The AC has had no cooling from the very beginning. The customer service team is not responding, and neither is the AC being replaced nor is the issue being resolved. It was delivered on 3rd July, and my money has gone to waste. I am extremely disappointed with

Application is full of bugs 1:- user detail doesn't save. Once close the application data not available. 2:- Wi-Fi connection is available but not able to connect. 3:- electricity unit price should be enter by user. 4:- schedule timer should available.
