The app is not working for two days now. The app won't open as an error message states that it is out of date and a new version is available. Of course, there is no new version. Overall, the app is awful. The user cannot pay via Google Pay or save their payment method, meaning they have to type in their card details every single time they make a purchase. And how bad is it that when you add your travel itinery to Google Calendar etc., the times show up in Italian, not Greek time!

If I was the software engineer responsible to create this app, I will be ashamed. You register without username. Then it asks to log in with username. Email as username doesn't work either. Ντροπή σε αυτόν που βγάζει τέτοια εφαρμογή.

There is no train schedule information and it completely lacks flexibility in searching tickets. You can't even find where the train stops during the journey. If you search, for example, a train leaving the station at 07:00 and the actual train departs at 06:58, neither the app nor the official site will show you this in the results. It will show you the next scheduled departure train. Be aware that in this country, train sometimes means bus...

I close specific seats as the app allows but when I saw the tickets the seats were in total randomly order.
