Worst app ever for such a simple function. And their package rooms are horrible. U have to uninstall and reinstall the app all the time to get it to work.

Sometimes it works great, more often, it wastes your time and misplaces your packages. It's hard to say whether this is a failure of the system itself, or failure of delivery personnel to play it's game. Either way, it's a failure of the hello package concept, as currently executed.

Very buggy, useless app. Random errors, cannot log in. packages not showing up. No notifications. Have to uninstall and reinstall all the time. Have to log out and log back in all the time. It's not hard to make a working app. Hire more competent people. I have built dozens of apps, it's not that hard.

Just got Hello Package a few weeks ago. So far, I've had 3 missing packages, and packages are nearly always misplaced. Even when packages aren't missing, they are misplaced randomly, so I need to spend forever scanning all the shelves. Hello Package is immediate, less secure downgrade.
