NewSystem Helpdesk è l'app riservata ai tecnici di New System Srl per gestire l'assistenza clienti direttamente dal telefono, in ufficio o in mobilità.
Con Helpdesk puoi:
• Accedere in sicurezza con le tue credenziali aziendali e sbloccare l'app rapidamente con impronta digitale o riconoscimento del volto.
• Consultare l'elenco dei ticket di assistenza, con filtri per stato (aperti, in lavorazione, in attesa, chiusi) e per reparto, per trovare subito quello che ti serve.
• Aprire il dettaglio di ogni ticket e leggere l'intero storico della conversazione con il cliente, comprese le note e gli allegati.
• Gestire gli interventi tecnici (sistemistica, software, riparazioni): consultarne l'elenco, filtrarli per tipo e stato, e aprirne il dettaglio.
• Prendere in carico gli interventi non ancora assegnati, pianificarne data e ora, e chiuderli al termine del lavoro aggiungendo le note sull'attività svolta.
• Aggiornare le liste con un semplice gesto (pull-to-refresh) per avere sempre i dati più recenti.
L'app si collega in tempo reale al sistema di helpdesk aziendale, così hai sempre sotto mano lo stato del lavoro tuo e del tuo reparto, anche quando sei fuori sede.
Helpdesk è pensata per l'uso interno del personale tecnico di New System: per accedere sono necessarie credenziali valide fornite dall'azienda.

Recent changes: Novità di questa versione: • Registrazione delle lavorazioni a righe: aggiungi le attività svolte (servizio, ore, note) direttamente sull'intervento. • Chiusura più semplice: niente più nota libera. Per chiudere un intervento serve almeno una riga di lavorazione. • Lista interventi per reparto: vedi tutti gli interventi aperti del tuo reparto e puoi prenderli in carico. • Filtro reparto automatico per chi ha un solo reparto. • Dettaglio migliorato: marca/modello con descrizione e matricola.
