I was initially skeptical that there is no direct phone number to speak to someone if there is an issue with the card, but the chat and email functions work really well. Having had a problem with transactions not going through, Kiara was quick to respond and kept me updated as the issues were resolved. Very pleased with the overall experience with this card.

Easy to set up and use only thing I do not understand is when do you get points. I have 184 points, but it says I have points pending so when do they get added to total

Process is not at clear at all. You say you take funds by Direct Debit but don't say when -- monthly or at point of purchase? I made a USD purchase, but it was declined due to lack of funds as your DD process is not *CLEARLY* explained anywhere. So I transferred funds to cover the purchase and now there's no confirmation it went through. So what, you only send notifications for declined transactions and not successful ones?!?? How do I know this purchase is paid?! Rubbish.

In fairness the app might be ok, but I can't use it as three weeks after applying for my card and paying a £150 annual fee I still don't have a card I can use and the email support service is hit-and-miss whether they will reply to you.
