it's free. No need to pay 350 yearly. I mistakenly paid 350 in global ime bank and i did not did any transaction for whole 1 year. Btw it was 1st year of using mobile banking. There is not any other app that's free. If hbl charged 350 I am sure it could provide better than other bank app. It's the best app with so much feature. I transfer money to e sewa and use for any other things that's needed. I have suggested this bank to 5 people. I tried them to make account In hbl.

The app is good and useful, but I would like some more features in future updates. Please improve the loading speed because sometimes the app feels slow. Please add money transfer using phone numbers, not only account numbers. It would also be better to support other e-wallets, not only eSewa. I hope the app becomes faster and more user-friendly in future updates.

Worst mobile banking app in nepal, even worse than many shakari apps also. Don't use it doesn't work with fone pay, can't send money to other bank with mobile number and qr scan need to have account number.
