I’ve been using hi pages for around a year as a roofer, and I’ve secured all my jobs through the app. Overall, it’s been great for my business. I like that hi pages doesn’t take commission from each job like some other apps, including Airtasker and similar platforms. I’m giving it a 5-star rating because it has genuinely helped me grow my business. The only thing I don’t really like is the 6-month lock-in contract. It would be much better if the payment was flexible and month-to-month.

The app is constantly glitchy. Contracts are expensive and keep going up, trash leads that require you to jump through hoops to win, lead pricing is out of control, whoever is categorizing the leads has no idea about the difference between a large or small job, if a lead is older than 5 min forget it. Leads already claimed or cancelled don't get removed, so you pay for dead ends. Hi Pages does not work for you, You work for them.

Bad faith business. I'm currently dealing with the collapse of my business and Hi Pages are outright refusing to cancel my contract. I've tried asking several times over the last couple of months for some form of options regarding paying out my outstanding invoices to them and the options I have been given by then have been "Pay in full, or we'll send creditors after you". All while they keep sending me additional invoices. They're making an already extremely stressful time for me so much worse
