Tried their renting power bank. Rented it at 10pm and used for 1 and half hour, and battery run out. Tried to put it back to the place, but place was closed, and all of other places were closed too. But funny thing is they keep charging me for every 30 minute and I guess I have to place it back tomorrow after their places open and no clue how much will I pay in the morning. Battery run out in 1 hour and i don't understand why im paying for 12 hours when their places are closed. Don't use it!

After the latest update (Dec 8, 2023) it has stopped to recharging bus card, i.e. Money card. Please fix this issue

The suggest online loan. But, customer service operator doesn't help me with the case connected loan. Customer service suggest me to call another number??? Amazingly, they said we are customer service assistants. Excuse me, you can't help my problems. Are you assisting me??? Not at all.
