Surprising good for an app produced by a government agency. Tremendous amount of information. I can find everything I need. The default language is Chinese, but everything can be set to English via settings. It's a bit unfair to say tracking is not up-to-date. Once the letter/package is out of HK, data are dependent on supply from the destination country. A good app. Well done chaps.

This used to be such a helpful app. Recently the English version postage calculator shows destinations in Chinese otherwise the app is in English. If I try the settings, it crashes immediately. Please debug this version. I really in the postage calculator for my business

Fix bugs Can't scan the tracking barcode when using Samsung Galaxy Note 3, need to type the tracking number every time. Please fix it on next update.

Lazy Hong Kong Post office The app is just as lazy as the those officer sitting in their office with bad attitude. The tracking information is slow and not updated. The HK post office should be phased out soon!
