Back in Dec 2024, I had submitted a claim but was rejected due to no receipt attached. This is definitely a system issue because it is impossible for anyone to submit a claim without attaching the receipts. I wouldn't be able to proceed to the 3rd stage, let alone submit the claim successfully. And now that invoice is taking up my 2025 medical allowance. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! If I can rate ZERO star, I would do it.

2021: Hangs upon opening. Only show MHC logo and unable to click anything. 2025: poor customer service and response time. Unable to resolve login and member terminated issue even with my company's HR stepping in. Doesn't deserve even 1 star to date.

App is terribly lagging. Even telecommuting is not available to connect. List of clinics not shown. Always showing network issue

Speechless. Multiple log in issues. Lousy support. Why are the clinics even using this cheap service.

non-functional app that keeps crashing. Long wait times. Had to argue with a delivery rider asking for a non-existent pin code. Doctor anywhere provides a better experience. Uninstalled after first use.
