Back in Dec 2024, I had submitted a claim but was rejected due to no receipt attached. This is definitely a system issue because it is impossible for anyone to submit a claim without attaching the receipts. I wouldn't be able to proceed to the 3rd stage, let alone submit the claim successfully. And now that invoice is taking up my 2025 medical allowance. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! If I can rate ZERO star, I would do it.

Unusable app, unable to download medical certificate and unable to download invoice, which are both essential for such an app as this. Additionally, unable to upload from my gallery as it says I need to allow permissions in my phone settings, despite the fact that all permissions are clearly allowed within my settings. This is an app issue. Previous iteration of the app worked fine. Recently relaunched with new critical app failures do not use!

App is terribly lagging. Even telecommuting is not available to connect. List of clinics not shown. Always showing network issue
