MEMBERS' ECARD: Exclusive to our MHC, AVIVA, Tokio Marine, AIA, Prudential, QBE, AXA, AXA Clinicare, China Taiping Ins. (S), EQ, FWD, Sompo, MSIG & Liberty program members only. Forgotten your card on your visit to the clinic? You can now retrieve your eCard instantly. Access rights must be enabled by HR Manager first.
ECLAIMS/VISITS Currently available for selected programs only. Member can now submit claims and view their visits via the App. Not applicable for Dependants.

I'm lucky I didn't experience negatively like many others here by far. Fingers cross... quite ok app. Easy to search for clinics. However, should have a "starred" function, so we can shortlist clinics we preferred or had visited.

Very frustrating, cannot set up my account, kept asking repeated question and ask for another hp number, where do I get another hp number. Always appear NRIC/Passport is not found. Email to MHC but no reply. Useless app.

Lousy app, automatically log me out then can't recognize my ID and password, then doesn't let me reset my password, now I have been stuck at log in forever, worse than an amateur app, the app developer should finish his study or training first before he develops such lousy application 👎

After logging in one time, I can't log in anymore??? And when I try to set up the account on the app again, it still doesn't work, and I can't even reset password because it says my email doesn't exist???
