Good service. As advertised. I would highly recommend. Having to give private health information on app is un nerving and should be changed by your app creator to not include this information. Phoning instead of booking online avoids this and your call center is very available and has good service. Although I am sure you are aware of this due to the other reviews.

When trying to register it wouldn't allow me to go past the Practice page, I don't even have a regular GP, so I had to find something close by and even though I put something it kept requesting that I needed to put in the data. It was filled and not recognizing it.

Very disappointing. Waited 5 hours and a call came in midnight. Rang for 3 seconds and hanged up quickly before we could reach the phone. When followed up, the admin staff said that doctor is with another patients already and will call back "Anytime now"! However, another hours of waiting without anything. Totally a waist of time. Terrible!

Won't let me put in my details without private health insurance. Won't let me put in my regular practice details, I add state, suburb and then my practice, but when I click next it states I need to complete the required field. Due to this I can't even put my user details in or use the app, despite the fact I'm literally waiting for a doctor from this company to come to my house right now. I can see this problem has persisted for over 2 years from reviews, fix your app!
