Best motion detection camera I've ever owned (and I've tried alot!). My only issue is it sometimes confuses Person detection with Vehicle detection. Regardless, it detects and records all motion.

I really like this camera, and it's simplicity to hook up and operate. The only problem I have with it is that the area blackout for detection does not work as well as it should to reduce areas you don't want detected to lessen notifications. I use a different camera in another area of my property that works great and costs less. With that said, I still like this camera because it can be inside and looks great through the glass. I'm sure this flaw can be fixed with a software upgrade easily.

App Compromises security of user. Can't use w/o location permission. Panasonic - REMOVE LOCATION requment IMMEDIATELY. Incompetent app design. Requires same network as cam to do clips *needs clip set to record length of motion. *needs ability to remove logo *misses lots or human captures that all. My other cameras see despite the highest sensitivity and best masking set. Have to watch entire clips of 5 min 24/7 or set time for trigger to see anything other than person and most rimes false capture.

Connect to home Wi-Fi? What good does it do to have internet connected cameras if you have to connect your phone to your home Wi-Fi to see them? My cameras have already been set up and installed on the app and are connected to my home Wi-Fi, and now when I'm not at home I open the app on my phone and I only have one option, and it says connect to Wi-Fi.
