I really like this camera, and it's simplicity to hook up and operate. The only problem I have with it is that the area blackout for detection does not work as well as it should to reduce areas you don't want detected to lessen notifications. I use a different camera in another area of my property that works great and costs less. With that said, I still like this camera because it can be inside and looks great through the glass. I'm sure this flaw can be fixed with a software upgrade easily.

Crash on a periodic basis; Can't download video clips via cellular network during traveling; Can't set camera time to home network time during traveling to a different time zone; Live or real person customer support (such as email, chat, or phone) is purposely missing to avoid customers; Video clips playback during traveling is slow as hell even with fast/reliable Wi-Fi network at home and fast/reliable cell phone network during traveling

Panasonic does not have any online or phone help 24/7. Currently, the app updated and none of my cameras will show on the app. This is the last home hawk that I will invest in. If it was my Blink camera the problem would have been resolved by now.
