First app I ever rated. Clear that the creator never bothered testing it. Every bad review that I read was spot on. The app freezes. The List function does not work. Click a property and it says Loading, then does nothing. Cannot open a property on another tab and retain the map. For Philadelphia, PA, it showed 1 property. For nearby Delaware County it showed 3 homes, each said HomePath but did not identify the time periods & said Buyer is responsible for all taxes and U&O cert. That does not sound like a move-in ready home. Each home had taxes that would far exceed the monthly mortgage. Cannot save a search either. App is an insult to Fannie Mae!

Doesn't have any homes listed for my area or surrounding areas. I can easily find homes on other homes that I won't mention but nothing on this app. Very frustrating. It definitely needs to be updated.

Freezes, filters don't work, will not display results

Could easily be upgraded to 3 stars w/ bit more fine-tuning. Searching an area w/ the map is frustrating. Pinch & widening causes the map to reset. Then it randomly zooms-in to a previous selected location & you have to reset search. It will do okay for the first 2 or 3 listings selected, then it misbehaves. 'Save listing' option is useful. If you have an address and are focused on one listing, then you might as well Google it.

I decided to give this app a chance in spite of all previous reviews. I
installed it about 8 days ago. This is a horribly quirky app that hardly
ever works. Most times it won't even load & you just get a blank screen.

This app is nearly unusable. Stars are supposed to reveal a thumbnail to the properties, but about 3/4 of the time thumbnails don't appear. List feature doesnt work. On and on. Maddening to try to use.
