Works well three inputs not two to log in so really good security.

Easy enough to use once you are logged in. The Business version of the app is a bit over the top with security. You have to have a Username, a company ID#, and then a password, to log in, which is a pain. My Samsung could just sign into my last bank with a fingerprint scan.

Log in is clunky. 1st level credentials are not confirmed until 2nd level credentials are entered.

Such a waste of time for mobile deposits - more often than not I need to physically go to the bank anyway because the app didn't recognize the endorsement on the back after several attempts and customer service is less than helpful.

The mobile business app does not work well when taking photos of a check to be deposited. I receive bill pay checks generated by a bank that I need to deposit into my Homesteet Bank account. The Mobile phone application does not work well at all for this task!

Needs Biometrics it is a hassle to log in using Company ID Plus login plus password. Mobile deposits take a while.
