I was concerned getting this but the account setup sends you a default password but in the email there is a link to set your own one! I just set up my Princess Air Conditioner. Hold finger down on power button for 6 seconds, hear 3 beeps. Have the app ready and then connect to the air conditioners Wi-Fi. Go back to the app and continue setup. Insert your Wi-Fi password and connect. Now it is connected, and you have full control in the app. Go to my google and alex accounts to add the home wizard climate app to each. Instantly able to control it via my watch (alexa) and my Google devices. Great integration and the Home Wizard site has an awesome how-to on setting up the Amazon Alexa, like literally image by image. Very happy so far, if I have issues I will change my review but so far very happy with the app and product :)

This works perfectly for me. I can check the relative humidity in my house using the app and when necessary switch on my dehumidifier remotely to prevent my house getting damp whilst I'm away. It also enables me to set a schedule which is handy. It was straightforward to set up and very simple to use.

Useless app. I bought the tower princess fan because of the app, being disabled it was a good option for me. Worked fine for about 5–6 weeks, and then it keeps saying no connection!! My signal is strong and my Wi-Fi is connected! I've logged out of the app and even uninstalled it - still no connection. Not happy to say the least. Fan wasn't exactly one of the cheaper ones. No customer service help or resolution either. Very poor

This app just won't work. It use to be brilliant, as I have had my princess fan for a good few years, but it just won't connect anymore.

Useless. Can't connect to my heater cos the password the app tells me to use is wrong.
