I was concerned getting this but the account setup sends you a default password but in the email there is a link to set your own one! I just set up my Princess Air Conditioner. Hold finger down on power button for 6 seconds, hear 3 beeps. Have the app ready and then connect to the air conditioners Wi-Fi. Go back to the app and continue setup. Insert your Wi-Fi password and connect. Now it is connected, and you have full control in the app. Go to my google and alex accounts to add the home wizard climate app to each. Instantly able to control it via my watch (alexa) and my Google devices. Great integration and the Home Wizard site has an awesome how-to on setting up the Amazon Alexa, like literally image by image. Very happy so far, if I have issues I will change my review but so far very happy with the app and product :)

Tbh I have no issues regarding connecting to my Wi-Fi and the remote app with my fan, everything works as is. The app itself tho could use a complete redesign because it looks outdated and not modern to my opinion.

The setup tells you which network to connect to and password but the app gives a different network and the password does not work.

What a complete waste of time, I have a princess fan heater and followed the instructions putting there password into my Wi-Fi and nothing all it does is as soon as I hit the connect button on the Wi-Fi it turns the Wi-Fi off and then says that the password is incorrect and I must have tried that at least 20 times it's a joke.
